THE CALLOUS SERIES (CS)
The main series, starring Callous, Shadow, and Tammy.  It's a continuous series chronicling their adventures inside, and sometimes outside, the town of Idle.  Each entry into the series will be a full-sized novel.

Callous: Soldier of Darkness

THE IMAGINE SERIES (IS)

THE ENTER SERIES

These short stories are where the three main characters of Idle made their literary debuts.  They were composed as exercises to see how well I could work with them in a story.  They take place before the first novel in The Callous Series before they even knew each other.  It gives them a chance to have a spotlight all their own and see if I can make the stars work by themselves and without each other to work off of.

Enter: The Callous One
This story takes place a mere month following Hunter Cameron's rebirth as Callous.  In the final week before his high school graduation, we see him adjust to his new personality during a typical routine day, such as at school, work, and his favorite hangout.  It also shows how he came to obtain his trademark Callous Symbol pendant.

Enter: The Belle of Darkness
It's the eve of Tammy Corona's 18th birthday, although she's anything but happy.  Her brutish boyfriend Lazarini Richards can't keep any of the promises he made to her prior to the big day.  The worst part is, she feels powerless to stand up to him.  Her party will not be one to be forgotten, but for all the wrong reasons.

Enter: The Shadow
Although it stars the boy who will someday be known as Shadow, this story takes place well before he is labeled as such.  Arnold Fox can't seem to get any respect amongst his fellow backyard wrestlers.  This may be due to the fact that he has yet to win a single match.  When he is nearly killed during a bout with the toughest kid in the yard, he decides to walk away from it all.  His popularity isn't much better in 8th grade, although he is held in high regard by his peers.  Contemplating whether or not to take his own life, Arnold is called back to Idle Backyard Wrestling for the biggest opportunity at acceptance yet.
